It took me far too long to realize that my weight does not define who I am. If you still have this mindset, I suggest you take a step back and think about why. Do you workout because you love your body or because you hate it?
I have been working out for 5 years now. However, I didn’t see a change in my body until I had had a change in my behavior and mindset. Remember the way you perceive yourself is the way others are going to perceive you as well.
You are beautiful.
You are strong.
You are enough.
